1 Bradway Road

Front garden somewhat wild by design but featuring a large lime tree, bay tree, and a variety of roses. Back garden thoughtfully evolved over several years to supply a wide range of fruit and veg for the owner, habitats for insects and small animals, a holly & hazelnut hedge for privacy, and foliage including azaleas, white lilacs, ferns and more. Lowedges Community Garden

Lowedges Fire Station. Lowedges Rd. Welcome to our revitalised community garden. We have 8 raised vegetable and fruit beds, a polytunnel, fruit trees and bushes. Its a place for our community to garden, sit, talk and enjoy. Community group meets Monday afternoons and is Open to All.

265 Westwick Road

At the rear we have a lawn, trees, shrubs, flower borders, a small veg patch, waterfall and patio. Wheelchair access limited to the upper patio. There are several seating areas in the garden. Downstairs toilet available.

162 Westwick Crescent

A large and varied mature garden in three tiers. Vegetable beds, fruit trees and a cottage style border; rockery, lawn and borders; woodland, pond and a wilder area. There's a large patio with chairs and good views over the garden if you don't fancy the steep paths and steps between the levels.

Wildlife friendly garden with small meadow area and several small ponds. A large raised pond with pagoda for fish. Colourful borders and tubs. Making best use of rainwater to sustain ponds and planting as well as a small greenhouse with aquaponic system. Vegetables are planted amongst flowers and shrubs. Seated patio areas to catch sun and shade throughout the day. Small garden railway......maybe a train will be running?

A plant-lovers garden with unusual perennials, annuals, fruit, vegetables and cuttings border. Successful tomato grower and composting enthusiast. There will be refreshments and plants for sale.

18 Glen View Road

Generous, westerly facing garden. Designed, created and maintained over 7 years by the owners using organic principles to encourage biodiversity, with a choice of places to sit in sun or shade. Twenty small to medium trees planted together with wide range of shrubs and climbers in herbaceous borders. Greenhouse, potting shed and mini allotment style raised beds for fruit and vegetables. Pebbles and shale paths. Four steps upon entry and small changes in level throughout the garden. No dogs please.

9 Meadowhead Avenue

A stunning NGS garden packed with plants. A surprising ⅓ acre cottage style garden, absolutely packed with plants by a true plantswoman. A large variety of unusual plants set in differently planted sections to provide all-year interest. Auricula theatre, patio, gazebo and greenhouse. Miniature log cabin with living roof and cobbled area with unusual plants in pots. Sempervivum, alpine displays and a wildlife 'hotel'. No dogs please.

3 James Andrew Croft

A small but beautiful, tranquil garden, hidden at the side of the house. Filled with herbaceous plants. A small patio with potted plants leads to the garden . A green lawn surrounded by herbs, rhubarb, climbing roses and honeysuckle. Composting area to the rear with a special box that delivers liquid manure! Tea and coffee with a table of unusual items for sale in aid of St Peters Church and Greenhill Library.

30 James Andrew Crescent

Wildlife friendly garden originally part of the old Greenhill Village crofts. Mature trees, shrubs and floral borders some uneven paths and overhanging branches.

125 Greenhill Main Road

A project in progress. Easy access, no obvious trip hazards. A few raised beds with an alpine display (homage to Harlow Carr!) A bit of lavender surrounded by Box. Some vegetables, hanging baskets, and an eclectic range of all sorts. A recent regrassing of a trench due to exposing some WW1 POW foundations! The old koi pond has been filled in but a heron gives a nod to its previous place.
