Greenhill Library runs a monthly lottery draw, giving you a chance to win prizes whilst providing regular income for the library.
Here’s how it works. Each £1 you give gets you one number in the draw. Your numbers will stay the same as long as you remain in the scheme. Two winning numbers are drawn each month, during coffee morning on the third Thursday of the month. The first number drawn will receive 20% of that month’s income. The second number drawn will receive 5%. Winners will be contacted to arrange payment.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Fill in and submit the form below. (The information you give here will be used only to administer the lottery. It will not be passed to anyone else.)
- Set up a standing order with your bank to make a monthly payment for the amount you choose to give. The payment should be made to:
